We want you to love your tea as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most unopened products and accessories. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, loose leaf tea and tea bags are final sale once opened.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days; please have your order number or receipt ready.

  Reach out to our steep-team via our online contact form or email to initiate your return request and receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box, attach the provided return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
